WHO WE ARE
Interfaith Works is a coalition of faith-based communities and affiliated organizations that work together to serve the community through charitable, social, and educational endeavors. Our two primary areas of focus are Interfaith Relations and Homeless Services, both of which are advised by standing councils. |
INTERFAITH RELATIONS
Interfaith Works maintains a tradition of programming that brings our diverse community together, celebrating and honoring religious and spiritual diversity in Thurston County. Interfaith Relations programming seeks to promote and support social justice and peace through deepening interfaith understanding and cooperation. |
PROGRAM COUNCIL DELEGATE TEAMS
We encourage delegate teams of 1-3 people from member faith communities. Member faith communities of Interfaith Works are expected to support the purpose of Interfaith Works, make an annual financial contribution to Interfaith Works, and mobilize delegates who attend and contribute to Program Council meetings. Program Council delegates, along with an authorized leader of the faith community or organization they represent, make up a Program Council Delegate Team. |
